THE SHOW

Written and performed by award winning multimedia artist Daniel Callahan, Come On In - Live merges music, performance, poetry, and video projection to tell the story of a young man's complicated relationship with Hip Hop, God and Education over time.

 

Through a careening journey through the mind, audiences explore the inner conflicts and outer pressures of growing up at the intersection of Black Churches, White Schools and the Golden Age of Hip Hop. A social, sonic and theatrical odyssey, Come On In aims to explore the mind of a man in search of himself.
